1) Finding Furniture On Our Site

We have implemented a number of different useful methods to finding the furniture you need:

• Search.
  You can use the Search Box in the top right, simply enter a search term i.e "beds" and click the grey search button.
• View Our Product Ranges.
  You can Find Furniture by browsing our Product Ranges section, great for if you want to get a good all round feel of the furniture we offer, simply click the Product Ranges link on the left hand side.
• Find Furniture By Room.
  Click the Find By Room link on the left hand side, using our find furniture by room is a great way of finding furniture for the room you are working on, i.e "bedroom furniture".
• Find Furniture By Type.
  Click the Find By Type link on the left hand side, using find furniture by type is great for when you need to find a particular piece of furniture you need, i.e "bed".
• Find Furniture By Material.
  Click the Find By Material link on the left hand side, using find furniture by material is great if you have a particular material in mind, i.e "oak".
• Find Furniture By Style.
  Click the Find By Style link on the left hand side, using find furniture by style is perfect for finding the particular style you have in mind, whether you are looking for a modern look or a traditional or to go a little retro.
• View Our New Products.
  Click the New Products button on the right hand side to view our newest furniture.

2) Viewing Our Furniture In Full Detail

When you are browsing our furniture and you see something you like the look of, you can view the furniture piece in full detail. To do so, simply click the image picture or title link.

On the details page for the furniture piece you will find our product description, a bigger picture and the option to view a larger picture of the product and the product dimensions.

You will notice the usual price and the internet price (you instantly save 10% when ordering online) a quantity drop down selector, incase you want to buy more than one of the furniture you are viewing and order total.

On some of our product ranges and something we are working on implementing throughout all our products is offering detail images which you can click on to show you a close up of the products with various shots.


3) How To Buy An Item?

To buy our furniture, you simply need to click the green Add To Cart button which is found on the the upper detail section for our furniture pieces.

Adding an item to the basket will store that item in your shopping cart, much like you would if you were in a real shop, so you now either continue shopping for more items or decide if you are ready to order.

To view what you have in your cart click the View Cart link on the very top navigation bar to view what you have in your cartt. From here you can change the quantity of a particular piece of furniture (remember to click the Update Basket button), remove an item you are no longer interested in or even go ahead and place your order.

4) How To Order?

So you've managed to gather the furniture you are interested in buying in your basket, and you are ready to order. You can either click the Checkout link on the top navigation bar or go into your basket and click the Checkout button. If you are ordering online using a credit / debit card it would be a good idea to get them ready before you begin.

5) Using The Checkout

Ordering online from our store is completely secure! your credit card details will never show up to anyone else as they are encrypted for your protection. This means you can feel safe ordering our furniture online from our website.

Once you have clicked the checkout button you will have the option to login to your account or create an account.

Dont worry you dont have to open an account to order, it just means that if you open an account you can order quicker in the future, change your delivery address details and check your order history. We recommend this option as you can keep full track of your orders and have immediate access to your delivery and billing address for your next visit.

If you dont want to open an account, simply highlight "checkout as a guest" and continue.

This is where you live, and would like the furniture billed to. If you would like the furniture to be delivered to a different address, please state on your order, i.e the furniture is a present for another family member, however do complete the order in your billing address as we will ask you for the delivery address when processing your order.

If you have an email address you can be kept on our mailing list by clicking the checkbox at the bottom to receive our newsletters and exclusive member discounts.

Please supply a contact telephone number that we can pass onto the courier service when your order is ready to be sent to you.

Click the Continue To Next Step button to proceed

When you have selected the delivery options you will prompted to enter your credit card details.

Credit / Debit Card

If paying by credit card you will need to have the following information to hand,

Name On Card
CC Number
Expiry Date
Credit Card Type
Start Date (if applicable)
Issue Number (switch / solo only)
3 Digit Security Code On Back

Telephone

You can select the telephone option if you would prefer to give your credit card details over the phone.

Gift Certificate

If you have received a gift certificate from a friend, then simply enter the number on the gift certificate and the balance will be taken off the gift certificate. If the gift certificate does not cover the total amount you will be asked to provide additional payment details.

Offer Code

If you have received an offer code for a discount off your order you may use that also, again you will be asked to provide additional payment details to cover the remaining balance.

Once you have finished entering your payment details click the Continue button to proceed.

This is the final stage of the order process, this page will show you an overview of what you have on order, the billing address and your payment details.

6) Final Steps Of The Order

Below the agreement option there are a few text boxes which you can use to provide extra information and to help us to provide a better service in the future.

You can add special instructions to your order, i.e when you are available to receive delivery, a separate delivery address or any other information you wish to provide.

Once you have completed the above, you are now ready to complete your order, simply click the Pay for Order button and you will receive an order confirmation page with details of your order which you may print for your reference.

Your order will be given a 6 digit order reference number please quote this number when making enquiries about your order.
