  1. Can I Download Your Catalogues

    Yes. Catalogues of our furniture ranges can be downloaded by clicking here to view all of our brochures or by clicking brochures from the homepage.
     
  2. Do You Have Showrooms Available?

    Yes we do. To find one near you click here to view our showroom locations or by clicking locations from the homepage. Currently we only have showrooms available to view in the South of the UK.
     
  3. What If I Receive My Furniture Damaged?

    We want you to be happy with your furniture, therefore it is vital when receiving it that you inspect it at the time of delivery. If any damage is detected please call the office on 0800 822 3115. The delivery driver can take the furniture back in its original packaging and a replacement will be delivered as fast as possible.
     
  4. Do You Have Spare Furniture Parts Available?

    Yes. We keep a good inventory of most spare parts. You can email your requests to sales@thefurnitureemporium.com. Please keep your order or item order ref number to hand and we will get any parts required to you as fast as possible.
     
  5. Can You Make Bespoke / Custom Furniture?

    Yes we can. This is a major part of our business and we can cope with most requests. Please either email us at sales@thefurnitureemporium.com or ring us on 0800 822 3115 to discuss your requirements.

    Yes. All our prices are inclusive of VAT
     
  7. How Safe Is It To Order?

    Very. Ordering furniture from our website is completely safe and secure.

    We use a secure gateway for our order process, this means your details will never be visible to anyone else as the information is encrypted and is only decrypted after it reaches our computers.

  8. What If I Need To Contact The Furniture Emporium?

    You can contact us Monday-Friday 9-5pm either by calling us free on 0800 822 3115, emailing us or using our contact form which is on our contact us page which can be found at the top of the screen.
